Dress code:
The vibe at all Island Outpost resorts is relaxed yet sophisticated. While you will be comfortable in breezy Island casual attire and strolling the property in flip-flops and a sarong, dressing up for a special evening will never seem out of place.
Time Zone:
Jamaica is on U.S. Eastern Standard Time, but does not observe Daylight Savings Time. Therefore, during the summer, Jamaica is on U.S. Central Time.
Currency:
The exchange rate of Jamaica’s dollar, the JMD, is approximately 115 JMD to every U.S. dollar. Guests may also pay in U.S. dollars.
Terms & Conditions:
• All rates are listed in U.S. Dollars • Rates are per accommodation, per night for two guests and include continental breakfast • An additional $75 will be charged for additional guests per room, per night • Children under six years of age stay at a complimentary rate • A 20% service charge & government tax and $1 accommodation tax per room, per night are not included • Holiday Policy: two-night minimum stay required from December 20th to January 3rd • Three-night deposit is required upon making a reservation. Final payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date • Full property bookings are subject to alternate terms and conditions

Water:
Our local water is safe for all use. Bottled water is available.
Flights from the U.S.:
There are direct flights from Atlanta, Charlotte, Orlando, Baltimore / D.C. Metropolitan area, Chicago, Miami, Boston, Fort Lauderdale and New York. There are also direct flights from Toronto, Canada.
Flights from Europe:
There are more daily direct flights between The United Kingdom and Jamaica than any other European city. Charter flights can be found originating from Vienna, Salzburg, Brussels, Prague, Copenhagen, Paris, Dusseldorf, Frankfort, Munich, Berlin, Athens, Budapest, Milan, Rome, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Lisbon, Porto, Madrid, Bilbao, Barcelona, Geneva, Basel, Zurich and Moscow.
Cancellation Policy:
• Reservations can be canceled with a full refund up to fifteen (15) days prior to arrival • 15 or fewer days prior to arrival or no show: No refund and final payment (balance of stay) is also forfeited • During Christmas & New Years (December 20 – January 3), cancellations must be made forty-five (45) days prior to arrival • A reservation will not be considered cancelled until a cancellation number has been sent from an Island Outpost representative.
